I am grateful for the blessings that surround me every day
“But I, with shouts of grateful praise, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. I will say, ‘Salvation comes from the Lord.’” - Jonah 2:9 (GW)

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. He blesses me with every spiritual blessing in Christ. All of God’s promises are “yes” and “amen”. Every moment of every day, I see His endless blessings around me. I appreciate everything associated with life to be something special.
A joyful heart is good medicine. Gratitude and appreciation open the door for joy. When I hear the laughter of children, I feel blessed to share that joy. When I see the care someone shows another, I appreciate the God who loves us.
As I am filled with Holy Spirit, I can give thanks to God the Father FOR all things. I can trust He is working all things together for the good and I choose to remember how He’s done so many times for me in this life. I take the time to learn from each experience and feel blessed to learn life lessons along the way.
Taking in the fresh air at sunrise brings me so much happiness. I feel my lungs expand. I remember the steadfast love of the Lord never changes, His mercy never comes to an end; they are new every morning. I am blessed to be alive. I will live all the days of my life.
All my senses are alive. My eyes, ears, nose and touch can enjoy all the blessings God is ready to overwhelm me with today. All the days of my life have been written in His book before one of them came to be. I am truly grateful to be in this position. I know that everything I can do is because I am truly blessed.
Today, I avoid taking things for granted. Even the simple things are truly appreciated, because I know these blessings come from God. I celebrate everything I have and avoid complaining about what I still wait for. Each day, I look forward to the chance to give thanks! The Lord blesses me and keeps me; the Lord makes His face to shine upon me and is gracious to Me; the Lord lifts His countenance upon me and gives me peace. I am grateful for the blessings that surround me this and every day.
