Each morning and every evening, I remember my God, who has cared for me since I was born, and carried me every step of my life. He has made me and cares for me and carries me along and is saving me. I inhale His blessings and exhale my gratitude. I naturally praise Him because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

With each breath, I think of something that He has blessed me with and entrusted to me. His works are wonderful. I know that full well. His eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in His book before one of them came to be. I am overwhelmed with the grace He grants me. He empowers me to accomplish every good work prompted by faith.

Whenever I am with the people I love and who love me, I take a moment to appreciate the blessing they bring into my life. My boundary lines have fallen in pleasant places; He has given me so much to enjoy. I inhale the moment and the joy that it brings to my life. Being present in the moment fills me with so much peace and satisfaction.

I think about what is true, and honourable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. And I focus on things that are excellent and worthy of praise. It builds me up and keeps me going. It provides the reason for me to push through even the most difficult times.

During the hard days, I take a moment to meditate on God’s goodness and grace He has shown me and blessed me with. I remind myself that, although today seems impossible, I know I can trust my good Father because He cares for me. God is enough, and I have enough. He has given me everything I need for life and godliness.

Today, I am humbled by all the goodness that my life presents to me each day. There is so much to be grateful for. I say “thank you” for the blessings and my ability to share them with the world.

I figured it was the group I grew up in, so we’re the only ones I should probably poke fun at. Apparently some people didn’t’ know that about me. One day I came back into the class with a fresh cup of coffee before the break was over. There was a group in the back corner and I went to see what was going on. One of the guys turned to me and said, “Can you believe these guys still think tongues is still a gift for today?” “Hey me too!” I laughed, “I pray them every day!” Then I challenged, “How do you strengthen yourself
