You were created to walk with God in the garden in the cool of the day, sin came into the world and you bore the consequences, Jesus came and took your place and reversed the curse and offered you His yoke that is easy and His burden that is light. You're a child of God creation longs to be revealed. Don’t conform but be transformed so you can have peace and joy and hope at all times and in every situation.

What if you keep hearing self-condemnation in your head?

Ephesians 4:17 says

With the Lord’s authority I say this: Live no longer as the Gentiles do, for they are hopelessly confused.

Thought

You can’t believe every thought in your head. Garbage in means garbage out. You can’t agree with voices the condemnation. Jesus doesn’t do that. How do you get to think more of His thoughts for you?
